I'm looking at creating a weekly schedule with 3-5 sessions that includes various metrics. I want to offer checklists for things like juggling count and wall passing accuracy, as well as sprint times with the ball. The plan is to have courses for L-dribbles, and track how many times players can juggle and improve their times through practice. Filming and journaling will be encouraged for progress tracking. I think this approach could really help!
